Are you curious about a career in food and drink? The Quantock Restaurant invites young people to step behind the scenes of our award-winning hospitality department.
What is this event?
Our taster sessions are a fantastic opportunity to spend a couple of hours in a professional environment, meet our current students, and get a true feel for college life. You’ll hear first-hand about their experiences and can get involved as much or as little as you’d like.
There is no expectation regarding your current skills or experience. This is simply a chance for you to find out if we are the right fit for you! Our goal is to help you feel more confident and excited about the possibility of studying with us.
As a “living classroom,” The Quantock Restaurant combines a beautifully crafted seasonal menu with real-world learning. From our state-of-the-art kitchens to our contemporary dining space, you’ll be learning in an environment that is respected by industry professionals across the South West.
