What to expect
Introduction to Personal Training is an exciting and practical course designed for current Year 10 and 11 students who are interested in fitness, sport, and healthy lifestyles. The introductory after school club provides a hands-on introduction to the skills, knowledge, and responsibilities of a personal trainer, helping students understand how exercise supports physical and mental wellbeing.
Students will explore the basics of anatomy and fitness training, learn how to plan safe and effective exercise sessions, and develop key communication and leadership skills. Through practical activities, learners will gain confidence working with others, setting goals, and motivating individuals to improve their fitness.
This after school club is ideal for students considering future study or careers in sport, fitness, health, or coaching, while also supporting personal development, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits.

Booking your place
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, registration is essential!
You only need to book once to secure your spot for an entire After School programme. Due to the progressive nature of the workshops, you are expected to attend every weekly session to get the most out of the experience.
