Counselling Support

Sometimes talking to a counsellor can really help. We offer a flexible, confidential, and accessible counselling service.

Counselling can support you with everything from anger management to self-esteem issues, not to mention everything and anything in-between. They are always here to help you out, and if you ever feel the need you can contact the Counselling Team directly or speak to the Wellbeing Team to arrange a referral.

Physical Wellbeing

Looking after your body is just as important as looking after your mind. We offer:

  • Stop smoking support
  • Advice on diet and nutrition
  • Stress and sleep support
  • Drug and alcohol guidance
  • Confidential sexual health advice.

Multi-Faith & Chaplaincy Support

We welcome students from all faiths and none. Our college has a dedicated Chaplain and multi-faith space, which provides a peaceful place for reflection and support.

Our Chaplains lead calendar events such as Remembrance Day and are always available for a chat or support with your spiritual and general wellbeing.

A safe, respectful community

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, racism, sexual harassment, inappropriate “banter” or discrimination of any kind.

If you experience or witness something that doesn’t feel right, please speak up. We will always listen, and we will take action.
