The course makes use of the incredible facilities of the Quantock Restaurant as well as having the opportunity to have a go in the Papavero horse trailer! The day will be packed full of hands on activities, learning how to make a variety of summer treats perfect for your garden party at home. As well as creating your very own zesty Italian liquer to take home you will learn traditional dough techniques creating your lunch to enjoy with us and finish off with a indulgent Tiramisu, macerated with Braziers locally roasted coffee. Make sure you wear comfy shoes as you will be on your feet for the majority of the day and keep hydrated as the kitchen gets hot! Our kitchen uses induction hobs so please be aware that this may not be appropriate for anyone with a pacemaker. We will welcome you with a coffee, tea and a sweet treat to get you started.
