Course Overview

Skills Bootcamps are flexible programmes designed to equip adult learners with industry-relevant skills based on employer demand. These programmes aim to: – Upskill learners in their current job roles – Help learners acquire new skills and secure employment upon completion – Provide a pathway to accelerated apprenticeships Units of study/what is involved • Fundamentals of Digital Marketing • WIX and creating a WIX digital portfolio using tools and templates • Introduction to terminology • Product and customer life cycle • Understand the 7 P’s of marketing • Competitor analysis • Audience segmentation • Canva • Market research and creating surveys • SWOT Analysis • Branding • Image capturing • Creating video content and reels • Keyword research tools • SEO setup • Blogging • Email marketing and creating an email campaign • Understanding what makes a good website and creating a landing page • Adveritising and the Law • Social media including policies, risks, strategies • PPC and paid ad’s • Google analytics • Marketing plans • Influencer marketing

Progression Options

On completion and achievement of the Skills Bootcamp, learners will be able to upskill in their current role, apply for relevant jobs, or progress on to an accelerated apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements

• Age 19 or over • Have not started or completed a Skills Bootcamp this financial year • Have the right to work in the UK • Unemployed and looking for a role in Leadership & Management or an accelerated apprenticeship • If you are employed and upskilling, your employer may be asked to contribute dependent on your circumstances
